I thought I’d draw attention to this recent post - the .pdf is certainly interesting - I’m glad they mentioned the Bohm book as I found it most instructive when it was first released, in fact there were already PPTs of it floating about in the ether I think. I looked at the mindmap with the perspective of it being someone’s opinion/view and there is plenty to learn from that although not much regarding the agile discipline we all love. Seems to draw more on a need for transformation to agility and the issues around that in relation to entrenched legacy models that are looking at being transitioned focused on large orgs.
Anyhow - have a read - it’s probably part-propaganda in there somewhere but…
