      Spring has arrived!

The 2012 Central Region Audio Engineering Society Student Summit begins next Friday afternoon March 30th and runs through Sunday evening April 1st. This will be the 6th annual Summit, and it's the real thing - our area's very own AES convention. Keynote speakers EveAnna Manley from Manley Labs and three-time Grammy-nominated engineer Ken Van Druten will be just two highlights of the panels, workshops, demonstrations, and exhibits in store. It's not just for students, either - there'll be plenty of new and useful information for you no matter how long you've been interested in audio–amateur or professional.

St. Louis Regional AES Section members have been offered free registration, so there’s no excuse to miss this opportunity. Come support the student AES section next week as presenters, sponsors, and participants from around the country converge on the Webster University campus to advance the art, science, and appreciation of audio.

The Student Summit is always a memorable weekend. March 30th-April 1st. See you there!

      Thanks,

      Bill Schulenburg

St. Louis Regional Section Chairman, Audio Engineering Society
