This months group will feature: Randy Barlow. Randy will be online to answer questions and concerns you have about the adoption process.
Randy Barlow is an American licensed social worker, specialized in adoption home studies, post placement supervision, education and consultations living in Germany and working with Americans living abroad. He is Director of American Adoption Professionals Abroad a non profit Adoption Professional Association and licensed Home Study Agency.
Support group meets on Wednesdays at 8:00PM.The week varies due to moderator availability. (Gail is in Netherlands.)
Gail offers an online support group for those living abroad who are pursuing an adoption.(There is no charge for the group however if you care to contribute 5 euro it would be appreciated) Group members are in different phases of the adoption process. Guest Moderators are from varied areas of the adoption field. Both open discussion and topic oriented chat is encouraged. The groups were started because Gail saw a need for both practical and emotional support. There are many issues that people face while going through process of adoption. Gail's Therapy Place offers this service to help ease a burden during a hectic and sometimes frustrating time.
