Civil Office Deputy: This full time clerical position receives documents resulting from court decisions, reads documents to determine the proper type of service, creates a computer record for processing the required actions, routes documents to the appropriate officer, reads file to make decision on type of court return to be made, receives funds, provides statistics and updates on cases, performs related duties as required. Position also helps the public and accepts incoming documents which include summons, complaints, orders, subpoenas, warrants, garnishments, writs, etc. The position is located in the Ada County Sheriff's Office, Police Services Bureau, Civil Division.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be thorough, accurate, and detail minded. Hours worked are generally M-F 8:00-5:00pm. The salary range is $11.50-$12.15 per hour, DOE. Closes April 17, 2006.
