      It's not a matter of being registered or not. It's a matter to be honest with the ones who preceeded you in this industry. Anvil of Canada has a long and influential place in the history of Heavy Metal. That is a fact that cannot be denied. A trademark? Take all the trademarks you want, guys! What will it change? Anyone with any knowledge of heavy music KNOWS of Anvil. Plain and simple. They are artists and not in it for the business...to become rich. So now we will have 2 Anvils. You will always be known as the lesser Anvil. You probably don't want that.
