Abortion Practitioner in Kentucky Pleads Not Guilty to Medicaid
      Fraud
Frankfort, KY (LifeNews.com) -- Kentucky abortion practitioner
Hamid Hussain Sheikh has officially plead not guilty to charges
that he wrongly billed the state for abortions he did at his
private abortion center in Lexington. Sheikh says he did not

investigation and found he erroneously reported abortions as
ultrasounds in the billing records and sought reimbursement for
abortions the state can't legally cover.
