- Apr 7, 2014I love the fact that Once Upon a Time had the Wicked Witch wear silver
slippers in the latest episode (aired 4/6/2014). The movie had the Wicked
Witch of the East wearing ruby slippers, which were - of course- switched
to Dorothy's feet, but the slippers were silver in the L. Frank Baum books.
I also thought that it was interesting that the Wicked Witch turned the wizard
of Oz into a flying monkey on last night's episode.
Rebecca Mader (from Lost) is quite good as the Witch.
Monica
