The mind assumes an image of the beloved according to the concept therein, and a time comes when the image and object become one. When the mind is restless, the senses are also distorted. But when the mind is fully one-pointed, it is neither excited nor distorted, but is in a state of equilibrium. The image within it is imagination. The infatuation repeats the mental image, but yogis or children remain unaffected because their minds are free of the imagery.
