      The 2 meditations are 3 and 11 minutes long and guide you through
      body, breath, and mind.

      The 12 breathing practices are continuous loops (they go on as long
      as you wish). 6 are even breathing practices, and 6 are 2-to-1
      breathing practices (exhalation twice as long as inhalation). Just
      allow your breath to gently flow along with the timing of the
