      Can you please state on how to save everything?  I really don t know how and I have ALOT of folders and things I simply cannot lose.  I d like to do it

        I was in the middle of sending an email about 15 hours ago when it happened to me and since then have been trying to contact customer service or get an answer.

        I suggest you warn all your friends with yahoo accounts so they can save their info before it happens to them too.

        Everyone is suggesting move to Gmail!


        11 years Ive had this account with no issues until now.

        I have emails from friends who have now passed away, emails I read as memories of these people and they are all gone. Folders gone and all emails are gone.

        Still no response from yahoo, wondering why Ive been a loyal customer all the years!!!!!!!!
