Re: [Y-Mail] country specific mail apps?
- You are right. I'm from Brazil but, from time to time, I try some other countries to see what they have. Some time ago I've noticed that Yahoo Mail UK have some apps that I haven't heard about, like My Cool Fonts and My Social Networks. In Brazil we have this Photobucket app from the very beginning. When I'm using the All-New Yahoo Mail, most of the time I keep it with US configurations because Yahoo Mail in my country lacks a lot of little features like highlighting in the message's bodies.--

Subject: [Y-Mail] country specific mail apps?I'm on latest version of Y Mail beta (220.127.116.113) but still don't have the Stationery app. Also someone else mentioned here a Photobucket app, to which I also don't have access, and same goes for something called Evite, which I often see on screenshots but not on my list of available apps. This reminded me that perhaps some apps are only available to users who set their home country in certain places - once upon a time "My Social Networks" was UK only. Anyone else notice this too? Surely it would make more sense for yahoo to have as big a list of apps available to as many people as possible, in order to promote the app environment.
