- Oh! I haven't had that happen before. Have sent many, many forms. I generally get a 'receipt' within a few minutes of sending the form then a tech team person gets back to me within 24 hours to discuss the problem.
Maybe wait 24 hours to see what happens?

I did as you said and found the page. I put all the info I need in the form to Yahoo. After I sent the form, the original form returned. Most forms after I send them change and say thank you for sending this and we will respond... This was just the blank form. I did have to change the form because I did not have all the info before though but after I "sent" it I thought it had all the info.
