      I don't feel that it was a personal attack, but as Cindy pointed out, it could be interpreted that way. As a moderator here, I must agree to stop this discussion & move on. When someone here has a problem with Yahoo Mail, we should try to help each other whenever possible. But sometimes, the best way is to contact Yahoo directly. Of course, they don't always respond & fix the issue(s) you're having, but as Lorrie said, if you're that unhappy with it & your issues are not resolved in a timely manner, then maybe it's time to move on to another email provider. That said, Chris made a valid point that some people rely on Yahoo Mail as their primary email account, & in some cases use it for work, which can make it difficult to switch to another provider. Still, the choice is yours.... Either stay or leave. But once again, let's stop this discussion & move on.
