I am new to XSL FO but it seems pretty intuitive. I have a problem, I
am writing a Word97/2000/XP to FO converter in Java. In Word
there can be a "continuous" section break. A new section is started
on the same page as an old section but the new section properties are
not applied until the next page. Some of these section properties
correspond to things like "page-height", "page-width". How do I
      reproduce this effect in XSL-FO?
