RE: [XSL-FO] footer with leader
- Hope I didn't offend anyone (Ken) with my pointing out what I thought
was an error. As I mentioned in my first email, I am new at this. Thanks
for pointing me in the right direction.

are using the default namespace for the XSL-FO vocabulary. If you are

Prefixes are *not* normative ... there is *no* obligation to use fo: in
your documents, unless you've declared that to be your prefix for the
vocabulary. I think they clutter the result to the human reader ...
certainly the computer doesn't care which of the prefixes you use.
I hope this helps clarify the correctness of the examples in my books.
