      I want to create a pdf document with containing a 'fo:region-body' and
      a 'fo:region-after' with two different background colors.

      When I set 'margin-bottom' of 'fo:region-body' to avoid overlapping
      with 'fo:region-after' no background is visible in the overlapping
      area and at the bottom of 'fo:region-after'.

      Is there something I missed or is this an open issue in FOP? I'm
      working with FOP 0.20.4rc.

      Here is my little example:

      ----
      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
      <xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
      xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
      xmlns:fo="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Format">

      <xsl:output method="xml" indent="yes"/>

      <xsl:template match="OBJECT">
      <fo:root xmlns:fo="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Format">

      <fo:layout-master-set>
      <fo:simple-page-master master-name="pti-page"
      page-height="29.7cm"
      page-width="21cm"
      margin-bottom="0cm">
      <fo:region-body background-color="yellow"
      margin-bottom="3cm" />
      <fo:region-after background-color="green"
      precedence="true"
      extent="2cm"/>
      </fo:simple-page-master>
      </fo:layout-master-set>

      <fo:page-sequence master-reference="pti-page">

      <fo:static-content flow-name="xsl-region-after">
      <fo:block>footer...</fo:block>
      </fo:static-content>

      <fo:flow flow-name="xsl-region-body">
      <fo:block>body region...</fo:block>
      </fo:flow>
      </fo:page-sequence>

      </fo:root>
      </xsl:template>
      </xsl:stylesheet>
      ----

      Thanks
      Andreas
