      Saghier Jafri
      is author of poetry book "khaboon se rishta toot jai ga". He is founder of arabic-urdu mushairahs, sham e ghazal programs, painting
      &
      pakistani products exhibitions
      &
      literary,cultural functions in the u.a.e. by profession, he is chief engineer (electrical
      &
      mechanical). Saghier
      &
      Sabiha were invited to New York in June 2000 to attend the first international ahl e qalam conference which was held in the united nations head quarters on 24-6-2000 in new york, u.s.a. They read their papers in Urdu for the development of urdu language world wide. later, they were invited to attend international mushairahs
      &
      jashn e jamiluddin aali in u.s.a. , canada i.e. , in toronto, long island , dallas , new jersey etc.


      Sabiha Saba
      is author of four urdu poetry books "lafzoon ka shehr" , "teri sada aai " ," lafz bane tasweer "
      &
      a fourth book published in 2000. Sabiha's first poetry book was published in 1979 and was launched in lahore and sahiwal the same year. Saghier started writing poetry from school days from 1953 when he was student of 8th class in govt. of pakistan technical high school, Jacob Lines, Karachi.

      Sabiha started writing poetry from 1964 when she was student of school in sahiwal , pakistan. both Saghier and Sabiha have attended international and other mushairahs in pakistan, u.a,e., other middle eastern countries, u.s.a canada and india.
