PETsMART Charities to host webinar January 11, 2006, on "Persuading Municipal Officials to Go With TNR" by Bryan Kortis
As part of its January series on feral cats, PETsMART Charities will present a one-hour webinar by Neighborhood Cats' Executive Director, Bryan Kortis, on how to win over local officials to TNR programs. A "webinar" is an exciting new educational format. Attendees log onto the PETsMART Charities' site and simultaneously phone in to a central "conference call." Material is then presented live both over the Web and by audio over the phone.
The Jan. 11 webinar will offer two sessions (11:30 am EST and 3:30 pm EST). To register, look for the class to be posted at this site (it's not up yet):
Currently available is a recording of a June 8, 2005, webinar instructed by Kortis and entitled Trap-Neuter-Return: Community and Colony Solutions for Feral Cats. To access this presentation, go to http://petsmartcharities.webex.com and click on "View All Recorded Events" (upper right of page).
