      There is no native support for the FA310TX under Windows Server
      2003 (see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
      us;320892).

      There is no driver on the Netgear technical support page.

      You can however use XP drivers.

      How to Install XP drivers
      =========================
      Download the files in this Yahoo! Group's Files/FA310TX folder and
      save them to floppy (or anywhere else than can be visible from the
      WS2003 machine)

      Insert the floppy and "Update drivers" for the FA310TX (eg from
      Device Manager).

      WS2003 should find the "netngr.inf" file and install okay. When the
      installer asks for the XP CD, direct it to the floppy again where it
      can find and load "Ngrpci.sys".

      Your Ethernet card should now be installed.
