Not sure if this is the same area, but I recall one of my online outdoor magazines talking about the largest gator on record recently being caught in the Moultrie River or somewhere in that vicinity. The racing area will be Charleston Harbor with a starting line between Ft. Moultrie and Ft. Sumter. Competitors will race to the Battery Drag-Race style. First to finish wins! Cross your fingers for big breeze!
