I have not missed the Windrider Rave I sold to get my Weta one bit. Talk about spaghetti in your lap! Simplicity is just ONE of the improvements between the two boats. You will love it.

The Weta looked to be almost perfect for us. I thought it would be a little too small, but showed my wife Weta videos on the 'net. She wasn't impressed enough until we saw Rick Deeb setting-up his new one, his second Weta, on the Dunedin Causeway last week. My crew has been patient with my sophisticated (complicated?) boats over the years and when she saw the simple yet effective Weta she wanted to buy one on the spot and relegate the Melges 17 to the want ads. Ouch! (Not there, yet.) I called Dick in Nakomis, FL and we will have a Weta before long.
