Will Discuss New Plan to Rebuild Our Economy

State Senate Candidate George Latimer will join New Yorkers for Fiscal Fairness, Strong Economy for All Coalition and Westchester for Change at the Ethical Culture Society to discuss a new road map for how government can create a stronger economy for all, and put fairness first on taxes, budgets, jobs, wages, and other key issues.
WHAT: In a major public event State Senate candidate George Latimer, Ron Deutsch of New Yorkers for Fiscal Fairness and Michael Kink of Strong Economy for All will discuss key economic challenges facing Westchester County and the state. They will address a new five-point plan for economic fairness that includes: fair taxes; fair budgets; more jobs with better wages; protecting the safety net for the middle class and seniors; and getting corporate money out of politics. Latimer will join local residents and community leaders in a candid dialogue about how to alleviate rising poverty and inequality in upstate New York, and rebuild the economy. Elizabeth Saenger, Westchester for Change will moderate the forum, and Michael Kink of the Strong Economy for All Coalition and Ron Deutsch of New yorkers for Fiscal Fairness will present the five-point plan.
Programming note: this is the sixth in a statewide series of fairness forums that features electoral candidates discussing the top economic concerns of voters.
