      Comments:

Rotten conditions for most part, Especially when running <5 watts to a
wire antenna, Participation seemed much less than last year, worked out
most of the run stations, and slim pickin's for last 4 or 5 hours. With
a mediocre antenna it was hard to get heard even in Europe. But, fun,
fun, fun. Tnx 2 the organizers.

Note: I figured that, with QRP and a wire antenna <40 feet up, I'd not
radiate much of a signal. However, just for the fish (halibut) I called
CQ a few times during the waning hours of the event, because it seemed I
had worked all the signals who were loud enough to be able to hear me.

On the reverse beacon network, I was very surprised to see my call
several times with >10 dB above the noise, at several places. I worked
about 4 or 5 Q's during this period, though "most" of the folks who
could hear me had either given up or had already worked me, or weren't
      doing S&P.
