If you believe this map http://www.dxinfocentre.com/tropo.html signals could be strong tonight. WB9LYH in EN54, middle of WI takes the 144.240 long-range net at 8pm. He starts out looking NE toward the U.P. of MI, and then goes clockwise, calling CQ often and taking check-ins along the way. W MI would be about 9:10-20pm eastern.

We also encourage check-ins to look around and create their own activity on 144.230 and lower. So if a net doesn't interest you, be aware of other opportunities.

You can always check kc9bqa.com for latest updates, or log into the real-time VHF/UHF chat at on4kst.com. Several dozen VHF'ers from multiple states use that chat on Wed's to instantly keep up with the net. It's free, no BS, and no obligation. It's also available 24/7/365. Once you're registered, choose the IARU Region 2 room for 144-432 MHz.
