      Save the date, May 3, 2008 from 3:00 - 6:00 pm.
       
      The Campbell Heights Apartments is located at 15th & U Sts., NW on the site of the Historical Dunbar Hotel.  Campbell Heights, a senior citizens community was built 30 years ago as an independent living facility to provide a safe, secure and healthy environment for seniors of the District of Columbia. 
       
      In 2003 Rev. Sandra Butler-Truesdale who was serving as the Residents' Coordinator, established a computer lab and classes in the Campbell Heights' Paul Lawrence Dunbar Library with computers from government surplus for the seniors. 
       
      The Campbell Heights Residents' Association, Inc. (501c3), the Honorable, Jim Graham, District of Columbia, Ward 1 Council Member, Honorable, Kwame Brown, District of Columbia  At-Large Council Member, Dr. Clarence Brown, Executive Director of the DC Office on Aging and Maudine Cooper, Executive Director of the DC Urban League invites you to a fundraiser and reception, May 3, 2008 from 3:00 - 6:00 pm at the Campbell Heights Apartments,  2001 15th St., NW in the Dining Room to support the upgrade of the Paul Lawrence Dunbar Computer Lab and Library at Campbell Heights.  Funds raised will purchase new computers, books and provide an instructor for the lab. Music will be provided by the Nasar Abadey Trio.
       
      The goal of the Association is to raise $10,000.00 to upgrade the Paul Lawrence Dunbar Library and Computer Lab. Would you consider being a sponsor for this event?  Sponsorships are available in the amounts of $25.00, $50.00, $100.00, $500.00, $1000.00, $5000 and other amounts.  No donation is to small or to large. All sponsorships are tax deductible.
