Tod: Great site - very easy to drive . But I have one query - Should the British 23rd Regt. of Foot (Later the Royal Welch Fusliers) be on the 1812 roster?

Great site - very easy to 'drive'. But I have one query - Should the British 23rd Regt. of Foot (Later the Royal Welch Fusliers) be on the 1812 roster? As far as I
am aware, this regiment did not take part in the war on this continet, but was involved in Europe.
