      Larry,
I won't be able to go to Longwoods.

The reason....and here's the big news.....Jenn gave birth Monday to a
9lb 13oz Light Infantier by the name of Iain James MacLeod.
Mom and the Light Bob are doing fine.

      Cheers John

PS: John MacLeod is the Event's Co-ordinator at Fort Malden
located in Amhurstburg Ontario across the Detroit River from
      Detroit.

      PPSS:
For 200 years, fortifications at Fort Malden have witnessed
and particpated in the struggles which helped forge a new
nation out of the North American wilderness. An army garrison,
British Indian Department post, dockyard for the Upper Great
Lakes and the meeting place for Chief Tecumseh and British
General Brock - the fort has been all these. Today, an original
1819 barracks and earthworks from the 1840s period remain
onsite. This was a very important outpost of the British Empire
      in Canada.
