      More likely a DDOS. Come to think of it, Porter Hanks might've still
      missed the message about the declaration of war because it got
      inadvertently nabbed by his spam filter for including the phrase
      "letters of marque". Offers had been pouring in a bit too regularly on
      how "to make your fortune with almost no outlay". Later investigation
      would show that despite claiming an address of 41 9th Street in Boston,
      the messages were in fact originating from Saint-Pierre and Miquelon.
