      ---------------------------
The temporary gallery at the Centre for Conservation, Ball’s Falls Conservation Area is preparing for WAR!

Join us as we discover the watery side to war with the upcoming exhibit War on the Lakes: 1812-1814. In conjunction with this exhibit on Nov. 27 from 2-4 get your tickets for an exciting presentation by Michael McAllister on the underwater archaeology of the shipwrecks Hamilton and Scourge, Ian Bell presenting music of the period and Peter Rindlisbacher presenting the War on Canvas in full regalia of a British Lieutenant. This exhibit features the war through the lens of paintings by noted Marine Artist Peter Rindlisbacher.

A raffle of the print “In Company” by Peter Rindlisbacher and two CDs by Ian Bell will help to support the programs at Ball’s Falls. Tickets for the raffle are available at the NPCA Welland office, the Centre for Conservation at Ball’s Falls. It will be drawn at the event on Nov. 27.
