      For those of you looking for another sympathetic source on Proctor there is
      a good read in The Defended Border edited by Morris Zaslow published in 1964.
      The article is entitled: The case for General Proctor by Victor Lauriston.
      The article is taken from the Kent Historical Society's records. You will most
      likely have to go to your local library. It is a short read but worth the
      effort.
