      Good Morning!
      I spoke with both Canada Customs, US Customs, and the US Coast Guard to
      confirm things today. All parties are aware of the event, and have the
      information they need. Basically there are no expected changes in border
      procedures, and there should be no additional problems for participants.
      US Customs recommended that Americans stop and register weapons/other
      really expensive items to demonstrate that they were not acquired in Canada.
