      Sir:
      On behalf of His Majesty's Forty First Regiment of Foot, I request that
      you convey to Capt. Bibby, Commander Rindlisbacher and Acting Sergeant
      Seufert (RM) the regiment's heartiest congratulations on their
      appointments.
      Competent and gifted men all, and it will be a privilege to serve with
      them in the coming season of campaigning.
      Also, to you, Sir, our compliments for coordinating this vitally
      important aspect of our 1812 reenacting.
