        Well for full dress the sheets are embroidered in gold wire, but it was soon
        found that the more elaborate embroidery kept the general awake and impaired
        his performance on the battlefield so an undress version of simple silk
        embroidery was adopted. the cot itself is the same for all ranks but the
        uprights of a field Marshals cot are built as elongated versions of the
        baton! :-P
