RE: [WKneedle] pictures from June Crown 2007
- OOp's, the background on Brid's is not underside couching, it's laidwork
couching down 2 metal threads at a time.

Greetings to the list,

in the West Kingdom
The tablecloth was stitched by Felicia and Micheila. The golden
needle is surface couched gold stitched by Felicia, and the crowns and
laurel wreaths were stitched by Micheila and are split stitch.
The Service Banner "S" is surface couched gold and was stitched by
Mistress Aldith, the arms are those of Iulitta Rowan (viking ship)
stitched by myself, stitched using wool on linen in laid and couched
and stem stitchs, the flying hedgehog are the arms of Brid Hecgwiht
and were stitched by Mistress Isela in underside couching and split
stitch using silk floss and silver metal thread, and the third arms
are those of Caiterina nic Sheamus stitched by her Laurel, Mistress
Ascelin in silk on linen using laid and couched technique.
There will be more pictures added at a later date.
