      Each individual in your party (with the exception of children under 12) brings a vegetarian* dish to share that will feed at least 6 people (vegan** dishes preferred so that all types of vegetarians may enjoy the food), along with the recipe or a list of ingredients. Please bring your own plate, cup, and utensils if possible (we will have extra place settings) to promote recycling.
      Beverages are provided.
      * Vegetarian = No Meat, Fish, or Gelatin.
      ** Vegan = No Meat, Fish, Dairy, Eggs, Gelatin, or Honey.

          Join VSSJ for a potluck picnic at this Burlington County park, which is woodsy and has several miles of nice hiking trails plus historic buildings.  We'll have a covered pavilion, so this event is rain or shine.

            Subject:  Common Sense Nutrition Summary: Eating a sensible way will optimize your health, please your palette, and save the environment all at the same time! Presenter:  Horatio Daub, MD
            Dr Daub is a local family physician who has been practicing in South Jersey for 30 years. He specializes in geriatric medicine, using nutrition as a foundation for wellness. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from MIT, his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, and a Masters degree in Public Health from Drexel University. Dr Daub and his wife have been vegetarians since 1975 and they raised their children as vegetarians.
