Each individual in your party (with the exception of children under 12) brings a vegetarian* dish to share that will feed at least 6 people (vegan** dishes preferred so that all types of vegetarians may enjoy the food), along with the recipe or a list of ingredients. Please bring your own plate, cup, and utensils if possible (we will have extra place settings) to promote recycling. Beverages are provided.
*Vegetarian = No Meat, Fish, or Gelatin.

Under the direction of their chef educator, culinary students will prepare and present an internationally-inspired 5-course gourmet dinner. Kitchen tours at 5:45pm. Come early to view book table. Prices include a gratuity to assist students with their ACCC culinary education. AVS welcomes donations for its educational programs, including books for culinary students of the evening. Lena Smith is the South Jersey Organizer for Food & Water Watch, a non-profit advocacy organization that champions healthy food and clean water for all. She will provide an explanation of the process of hydraulic fracturing and its effects on agriculture and rural communities.
