      Based on her radio show and new cookbook, Laura speaks on how to cook delicious vegan meals when serving non-vegetarian family and friends by focusing on traditional American style foods such as: lasagna, meatless-loaf, stuffed peppers, chocolate desserts and more. She talks about the basics of vegan meal planning for daily, weekend and party menus, from an elegant first course to rich desserts! A fun and lively lecture that entertains and educates.
