      VEGAN MENU:
      *International Gourmet Appetizer Reception sponsored by
      Whole Foods Market, Blackbird Pizzeria and others.

      *Sit-down Dinner catered by Rachel's Pantry includes
      Italian Wheat Balls in Tomato Gravy, Lentil Rice "Meat" Loaf,
      Hearts of Palm "Crab Cakes" with sauce, Smashed Creamy Potatoes
      and Garlicky Steamed Broccoli. Dessert is Homemade Apple Cobbler
      topped with "Ice Cream" and Cupcakes. Hot and Cold Beverages
      included.
