        Myths & Logos
INNOVATIVE EXHIBIT EXPLORES ANIMAL IMAGERY IN THE MEDIA
Public Eye: Artists for Animals proudly presents Myths & Logos, a group exhibition exploring the juxtaposition of cultural mythology about animals and how they are actually treated in society. We aim to raise awareness of this duality and challenge messages portrayed by the Media. Playful iconic images from the beef industry provide the landscape for a hanging strip of sirloin. A princely fairy tale frog hops across the road before a modern car. Wild mustangs run freely while helicopters hover in the background. This thought-provoking exhibit is suitable for all ages. Join us for the Exhibit Opening on First Friday in October at Artisans Café. Enjoy tasty vegan food provided by Allison Geiger & Veg-N-Go.
        Opening: October 7th, 6:30-8:30pm
