This Vegan Fine Dining occasion will be held at Carême's Gourmet Restaurant, the Academy of Culinary Arts , Atlantic Cape Community College (ACCC), Mays Landing NJ, and is hosted by the American Vegan Society
Meat-based diets require 10 to 20 times as much land as plant-based diets. As evidence mounts that eating plant-based meals is good for our health, the public is invited to experience a meal of exceptional quality prepared and served by culinary students under the direction of their chef-educator Linda Wohlman. Vegan cuisine is increasingly in demand and today's culinary students are learning to meet the needs of this clientele.
