      OK I am making progress!
Biggest thing was getting the designers to eliminate the metal construction.

      Question:
I am planning on using polycarbonate tube, with a fairly thick wall, 1/4". THe tube ID is 3.25.

      See any problems with this?
My prototype worked well with an 1/8" wall acrylic tube.

      Thanks,

      Paul
