Rally Event: Death Race 2011: Seniors Crossing Third Street Risk Life and Limb!
George W. Davis Senior Center is a lively community focal point for providing elders senior and youth advocacy, food programs, health screenings, rehabilitation services, adult day health care, and the highly recognized senior ex-offender program.
Senior Action Network has been a leading advocate for pedestrian rights since 1992. Past and present SAN pedestrian safety projects include SoMa Safe Streets project, Visitacion Valley Pedestrian Safety Plan, Sidewalks are for Pedestrians, SEE Pedestrian campaign and Pedestrian University.
California Walks is a statewide safety advocacy voice for walkable communities for everyone, supporting local pedestrian advocacy and working to realize pedestrian transportation equity.
SF Walks & Rolls, a member organization of California Walks, is a voice for pedestrian safety for all, especially those most vulnerable--seniors, preschoolers, adults with babies in strollers, primary grades youth, and people with disabilities.
