HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
Renting a 10x10 space to offer items for sale ($15 extra $5 for table).
Donating items to the School for sale at the event.
Volunteering before, during, and after the February 26th event.
TO RENT SPACE AS A VENDOR
IF YOU WANT TO RENT SPACE TO OFFER ITEMS FOR SALE (Spaces will be assigned on a first come first served bases the day of the event.)
Go to www.monroeelementaryschool.com donate ($15) to our Monroe PTA Paypal account and in subject line indicate that it is for flea market.
Mail check ($15) to Monroe PTA, 260 Madrid St. SF. CA 94112
Drop off check at Parent Liaison office with Maggie, Violeta or Kathy
TO DONATE ITEMS TO THE SCHOOL
Items that you may wish to donate to the Monroe Elementary can be dropped off starting on Friday, February 11th from
8:00 AM to 5 PM at the Parent Liaison office. We extend in advance our sincerest appreciation.
If you would like we can send you a receipt in acknowledgement of your donation that you can use for income tax purposes.
We need help to:
Promote the event
Encourage vendors to rent spaces
Prepare donated goods for sale at the event
Transport donated goods to the sales area on the day of the sale
Sell donated goods
Prepare and run Pancake breakfast
Prepare and run Latin Food Sales
Bake, coordinate and/or run bake sale
