After speaking with the architect and the Planner for the project both suggested a community meeting to give the neighbors a chance to formally view the plans and give feed back.

The architect suggested this Sunday at 1:30pm in the church community room. Enter from Tunnel Rd.

All are invited to meet the church elders.

      Pass the word.

According to the Planner, this is a routine matter at the Planning Commission and it will be heard as a "consent" item meaning that unless someone from the public asks for discussion of the item, it will be voted on as approved without being presented by the Planner. If you want them the church to consider changing something, you have to get them to agree on Sunday, OR show up at the Commission meeting on Thursday, ask that the item be removed from "consent" and then make your case before the Commission.
