      One piece of advice about Outpost; if you play, always play the
      "expert rules", even if you are far from an expert. The expert rules
      are only a minor change, but they make the hand limit a much more
      significant factor in the game. This serves to prevent a runaway
      leader problem. Without the expert rules, there is some "perfect plan"
      (Titanium and Robots? Water and Robots? I forget) that beats all the
      other strategies. With the expert rules, strategies are much more
      balanced, and you have to adapt your strategy to what auctions you can
      win cheaply.
