Excellent! For those of us South of Boston we would _greatly_ appreciate it
if you northern folks could clip the article for those of us unable to read
it directly (and bring them to a few sessions). I'm hoping to get a copy on
the globe website - but just in case!

Quite a shock, and it's not been the same since, for the group or for

As for Unity Games, it would be great to get some exposure. Maybe we

I don't think we want coverage of UG3 in the Globe before it happens. It might result in more newcomers that we could cope with all at once.

Yes, sorry, a typo. Should be scheduletor.html. I'm near the bottom,
                  in the December releases.

Thanks very much. In answer to Rob's question, you can buy it - when
available - anywhere fine books are sold (tm). I have arranged three
book signings: one at Barnes & Noble in Bellingham, one at Barnes &
Noble in Walpole - where the Monday night gaming group meets - and one
at the Bowdoin Bookstore in the Smith Union (my alma mater). All will
be in December at the earliest, subject to the Tor publishing
                  schedule.

The success of my book depends (somewhat unfortunately) on
self-promotion. A number of people on the UG list know about my
upcoming publication, but I haven't blown my own horn on the list
primarily because this is a game discussion forum, not a conduit for
                  me to sell books.

I'll keep the UG community informed on the progress of the project,
and I'll be happy to answer questions about the book off line.
Obviously, since a lot of people who read this list would also be
interested in reading a new SF novel, it's a great way to drum up
possible sales... so I hope people can come to one of the signings
when they happen. (Maybe I'll have some copies at UG4, since I don't
think it'll be out in time for any autumn Unity events.)

I'm promised a jpg of the cover art soon. I'll let people know as
                  events develop.

                  Walter.
