I thought you did a great job on the show! The thing about theme
seems true... it just makes two player gaming so much more fun. It's
so hard to find something in the standard two-player repertoire
that's somewhere in difficulty between Checkers and Chess--not for
the kids, not for the professionals--that is also interesting enough
to play over and over again. I just don't want to play that much
Backgammon, you know!
The idea for the show was really good. You're right about two being
a natural number for game players. Unfortunately three/four is a
more natural number for a good, fun game that works! The Kosmos
series and some others (like Battle Cry and even something simpler
like Mystery Rummy) are changing that though.
As for you being nuts, I think Bob is really the nut, but in a good
way of course!
I love that show.
