If your region file is very over large it will be counting a lot of empty tiles. There is no way to know they are empty until they are downloaded. Edit the file to a path and see how the actual borders run relative to the region file.

Since someone is doing Lubbock, I will move to Dallas-FW next, unless some one else has that one going or planning to.

Amarillo is within one hour of being done and then I will move to DFW Urban. That should complete zone 14 urban. Also per my question below is there a low res or 'big' download for the urban downloads?

Are there any areas that are not accounted for?

Since this is our last weekend, I can set up several downloads to run continuous if needed.

              John,

To download the "big" urban files, select both the round urban button, and the square "big"
check.  Run TF as usual and it should not take long.  If necessary, run a second time.   THen,
without exiting, uncheck the "big" button, and run again.  The first setting gets the "big" and
the 2nd gets the high resolution and for DFW figure on perhaps 1.5 days.  Houston took 1.3
days.  Houston, Tucson, SaltLake  City, NewOrleans, Jackson, MS, Baton Rouge, and
              Shreveport are all done.

                John,

I should have also said that the "big" files go into the "big" file directory and not the
high resolution directory.  I've got a few hundred in there and I will probably put all
those on one or two dvds.

Knock Knock- anybody out there? Is everyone downloading :-)

Yes, I think everyone is away while letting their computers do what needs to be done.

Henry is working to duplicate my part of zone 18, but I'm not sure I can do the parts I'm supposed to do. I tried to work on this last week and had computer trouble. I got around some of it by using my girlfriend's computer for the Washington DC urban photos. I'm still struggling with the southern half of zone 18 now. It's a shame since I have much of this done, but it is mostly the part west of the Chesapeake bay and that is not much good without the part to the east which I will be working on. Maybe I should hand off the NC part and focus on the part I have half of... I'll make a post in the zone 18 thread.

                  Rick
