      I took a team down to Miami to conduct a Performance Evaluation of the Tech Control and there was an Edwin Maldonado who was in charge of the TCF. Spoke fluent Spanish. Is this perhaps the same guy?

      I almost forgot John Bowe, another guy who got his warrant in Taiwan.
       Last I saw him was in Mannheim in '84.  
      
      And Ed Maldonado - I should have mentioned him before now, since I'm
      his daughter's godfather.  I think he got his warrant in Germany.
      Still an instructor at Ft. Gordon, last we spoke.
      
      Duncan McNaughton, don't remember which site he was at down south, but
      I knew him at Ft. Gordon, he ended up as a recruiter, retired near
      Atlanta.  
      
      Phil Hosey, who was there around 73 - I knew him in Germany, last

      No, this was Eduardo Maldonado. He was originally a 26V, ended up 286A. ... the Tech Control and there was an Edwin Maldonado who was in charge of the TCF.
