This story reports on the decisions yesterday and gives more
      background
about the woman who stood on the edge of the balcony weeping
      including
this background: One of those who grabbed the woman, John
      Reynolds, of
the California-Nevada conference, said she was clearly in pain.

``She was in passion. She was in pain. She was putting her whole
life on the line,'' Reynolds said. ``I don't think she really knew what she
was doing. I thought she may jump or just fall because she was so
      distressed.''

The woman, who people referred to as ``The Weeping Woman''
throughout the day, was taken to the hospital for treatment. Her name and
      condition were not released.
